We recommend packaging customisation only in order to offer you the best value for money, but for some items we can also add customization to the product itself.
If you are looking to have customization to the product and / or packaging then we do recommend a minimum order quantity of 200 + pieces to make the cost effective for you. And to allow a lead time of at least 6-8 weeks (this is dependent on our current workload so we do recommend reach out sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment)

For products from our existing in-house collection, if the items are in stock we can typically dispatch to a UAE location within a day or two.
If you are looking at a bulk order of our classic collection if may take 1-4 weeks.
For customised products and / or packaging it can take from 2 weeks to 2 months, so its best to contact us with your requirements as soon as possible (sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment)
